24 hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment

This allows another client the opportunity to schedule an appointment at your selected time. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled visit. Any voucher or gift certificates associated with your appointment will be forfeited.

No-shows

Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged accordingly.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. It will be determined if there is enough time remaining to start your session, depending on how late you arrive. Regardless of the length of the service, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
